Welcome to Pearls and Roses.

My name is Rose, I am the owner and founder of P&R.  I am 15 years old, a photographer, graphic designer, blogger and most of all a dream chaser!

Being a photographer is a part of who I am. How I express myself.  It has helped me see so many things in a different way throughout my life.   You learn that everything should not be taken for granted.  The small moments usually become the most memorable and loved.  And best of all, you see how it has changed you through the years.  The growth.  All the tears and struggles.  The triumphs, the failures.  Then we look back.  And see just how far we've come.  Then the tears come again. But happy tears, tears of joy.  You never know just how far you've come until you take a glance back.  It makes you a better person. It makes you a stronger person.  We learn something new every single day. There is never a day where you have not set a goal, or have fought to capture a vision inside your head.  This being the reason I started a blog.

 Helping and encouraging others is something I always desire to do and try to do in my everyday life. When I started this journey, I had no idea where it would take me, or how people would react.  But I took the step, not for me, but for others.  I go through the same day to day struggles as everyone else.  But someone always has my back, and is there to keep pushing me.  Eventually I get the strength to keep going.  None of us can do much alone. We always need someone.  I started this blog with the idea of pushing those who feel like failures to stand up, encouraging those who feel they aren't good enough to be confident in themselves and inspiring those who feel they don't have what it takes that they are wonderful at what they do.  I want us to build eachother up and not tear eachother down.

I have been exceedingly blessed.  More than I deserve.  Graphic design is another way for me to help others.  I design logos and other products for photographers with a low budget.  I never cared for lots of money, but in the world today, it helps a lot.  While I may not earn much, my customer gains much more than I. Which is how I always want it to be.

To write means more than putting pretty words on pages. The act of writing is to share a part of your soul with the world.

 This is exactly how I feel when writing.  I want it to be powerful, I want it to hit the heart. I want it to have meaning, so that the reader can either relate or gather a message from my writings.  I don't write much, but I absolutely love to do it.  I am the sort of writer that waits for the words to come, instead of writing as I go.  When you see my writings, I hope you see that it's from my heart, because it truly is.

So with all of these gifts, I wanted to use them all in some way, I merged everything and it has exceeded my expectations of how it would become.  On this blog we have, themes, giveaways, kind artists, extraordinary art and best of all.. a caring and loving community that will be there for you when you need help.
