Seen yet Unseen: A Photographers guide to Train your Eye

Hello Friends,

Today we are going to discuss the things you use to train your eyes. Sometimes we see everything at a glance and yet we don't see the small things that can sometimes be so amazing if we only took time to find them!  This is a great benefit to improving your skills and boosting creativity.

First we start off by going to a different location. For example:  Towns, countryside or Cities around you. Travel to a place that's not far but that you've never been to.  This will give you a fresh start, and while you walk around the area you'll want to look around!

Walk slowly around the area for a few minutes, take time to view and look hard. Find insects, flowers, light posts or fences.

Waiting till golden hour is a great way to find gorgeous light peaking through house tops or wild flowers.

Look into the sky for a couple minutes, you may get a shot you would have never noticed! Such as Finding tree branches in an interesting position with the clouds or the reflection of the sky on a car.

Sit in the grass or grab a bench on the street watching things go by, being patient and waiting is always the key to a lovely shot when shooting nature or streets, just be sure to have your settings ready so that you won't underexpose or overexpose your photo! *wink*

So we come to an end, I have a few photos I specifically went out and shot for today's post.
Take a minute to scan these images just to get an idea of what to look for!

Be open to anything and look for everything.
